NEW YORK, June 23, 2016 – William (“Bill”) Yosses, who President Barack Obama hailed as “The Crustmaster” for his sublime pies and innovative desserts, will introduce the new, summer 2016 line of sweet & savory pies available from his Perfect Pie Company at the Fancy Food Show at Jacob Javits Center from June 26-28.

Yosses, who served as White House Executive Pastry Chef for nearly 10 years under both the Bush and Obama Administrations, will be on hand to personally dispense his sweet and savory pies to show attendees.

“I am very excited to introduce the new Perfect Pie summer 2016 collection of delicious, sweet & savory fresh pies that includes Truffle Chicken Pot Pie, Smoked Duck as well as modern twists on classics such as Huckleberry/Blueberry/Lemon and Rhubarb/Strawberry/Ginger,” said Yosses chef/owner of Perfect Pie.
